This specimen is a skull prepared as a teaching tool for medical students. The skull's calvarium is uncut, preserving the skull in its original state. The mandible is missing, and there are no teeth present in the maxilla. The eye sockets have a greater distance between them than normal, pointing to a condition known as hypertelorism. Additionally, this skull has a very robust mastoid process. This skull has a grey patina and no hardware.
